Arbor Email Issues

JC ComTech are still working with Arbor to resolve the email issues we are experiencing.

One of the solutions we can encourage our parents to do, is to mark us as safe senders.  The more people that do this, the algorithm will update and we will be recognised as safe sooner.

There are instructions below, but it will only work for parents where emails are going to spam / junk.  Those that are not receiving them at all will need to wait for the fix to work.

To help improve deliverability, we recommend that recipients mark emails from consortiumtrust.org.uk as safe senders. Here’s how to do that for some of the most common email platforms:

How to mark emails as safe senders

For Gmail:

1. Open the email from consortiumtrust.org.uk.

2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the email.

3. Select "Add consortiumtrust.org.uk to Contacts list" or click "Mark as Not Spam" if the email was mistakenly flagged.

For Outlook (Web):

1. Open the email from consortiumtrust.org.uk.

2. Right-click on the sender's email address.

3. Select “Add to Safe Senders” or click "Mark as Safe."

For Outlook (Desktop):

1. Open the email.

2. Right-click on the sender's email address.

3. Select "Add to Outlook Contacts" or "Add to Safe Senders List."

For Yahoo Mail:

1. Open the email.

2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner.

3. Select "Add consortiumtrust.org.uk to contacts."

By adding consortiumtrust.org.uk as a safe sender, recipients can help ensure our emails are delivered correctly and avoid being mistakenly marked as spam.
